What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the sender !!! A return would then be invalid and there will be no refund if you do not follow the required procedure.
  • We would appreciate if you send an inquiry of return prior sending the package to the following address

 

How do I return?

  • Please contact us under support@rosyleia.de with your order number and name as reference and declare the return of your order. After this you can access our returning terminal for an easy return: https://rosyleia.shipping-portal.com/rp/refund

Are there any charges for return?

  • The customers have to pay the shipping costs of the return themselves.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over 75,00€ , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

Exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@rosaliafashion.com and send your item to:
